We will be doing a credit, criminal and eviction check on all applicants. The Red Words are the actual forms, there are 5 forms. There is also a list of documents we will need copies of in order to process your appplication.

APPLICATION PROCESS TAKES ANY WHERE FROM 1-10 DAYS DEPENDING ON THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY APPLICANT AND THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES.
Anyone 17 years of age and older must submit all of the following.
In order for us to process your application the following COPIES of documentation MUST accompany your application(s):
Copy of Driver’s License or ID for each occupant.
Copy of Social Security Card for each occupant.
Copy of the last 4 weeks of pay stubs for each occupant.
Copy of any other income for each occupant.
This is the application that is used for our properties. Please be sure to print legibly. One Per Applicant 17 years of age and older. When filling out the address, remember to include the city, state and zip codes. The last three address must be present on the application. If you live with a family member at any of these then put their name as the landlord and then in parenthesis indicate the relationship. All fields on the application MUST BE COMPLETED. Please be sure to fill out the prior employers and be sure to sign the application on the second page. Applications not completely filled out will not be processed.

One per Applicant (if Applicable). If Self employed then please provide a copy of the last year’s tax filing or the last 3 months of your bank statement.
Please fill out the top portion of this form. The bottom portion your employer should fill out and fax directly back to us. Please inform your employer that we will still call to verify the information.

Prospective tenant may put down 1/2 month’s rent to hold the unit. Applications can be submitted without a deposit, however, the unit will not be held for you until a deposit is submitted. This deposit will go towards your first month’s rent if approved. If you are denied, then your deposit will be returned to you. If you decide at any time after putting in the deposit that you no longer want the unit, then you forfeit your deposit. PLEASE BE SURE YOU WANT THE APARTMENT PRIOR TO MAKING A DEPOSIT.
Please find the property you are interested in below and fill out the form to be included with your deposit. Deposits should be made payable to the landlord which is located on the first line and is Bold and Underlined. The deposit should be in the form of a certified bank check or money order (NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED). DO NOT make the check out to Customized Solutions.
This form is required for anyone who has a pet. There is a limit of 1 pet per unit.
